Why ANSTA was started

Many nursing graduates possess strong theoretical knowledge but have limited confidence applying clinical skills in real healthcare settings. ANSTA was established to provide structured practical training, simulation-based learning, and supervised hospital exposure — helping graduates transition smoothly into professional practice.

Founder & Director — ANSTA

A senior nursing leader with over 30 years of experience across clinical nursing, operation-theatre management, hospital administration, quality improvement and nursing education. Her vision: prepare every nursing student with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
